School of the Month

At the heart of what we do is a commitment to supporting the next generation.
 
Our School of the Month program is one of the most meaningful ways we give back to the communities we serve. Each month during the school year, we select two schools from our service area to receive a $1,000 donation, which they can use in whatever way best supports their students and educational goals.
 
That might look like classroom supplies, enhancing extracurricular programs (financial literacy, perhaps?), or investing in new technology. It’s one way we say thank you to the educators, staff, and students who are shaping the future.

How does it work?

Each month of the school year, two of our our branches choose a school from their region to partner with for School of the Month. 
To ensure we’re reaching as many schools as possible, the same school cannot be selected again within a 24-month period.

Once a school is chosen, our team connects with them to schedule a visit. We stop by to gift them their $1000, take a photo, hear about the exciting initiatives they’re working on, and celebrate their impact. 

This program is one of our favorite ways to give back in the places where our members and team members live, work, and learn. We love getting the opportunity to build a partnership rooted in appreciation and success for the future of our schools!
