Since 1957, we've supported the local communities of North Central Florida, connecting with schools, nonprofits, and organizations that uplift and strengthen their neighborhood.

Our Programs

 

Fix Them All honored as Radiant Credit Union’s September Charity of the Month, receiving a $1,000 award.

Charity of the Month

We’ve always believed that the best way to recognize local nonprofits doing good work in our communities was by asking you!

Each month you nominate and vote to select a winner for Charity of the Month and we donate $1,000 toward their cause. We also partner with our winning organizations for a short interview to feature their work to encourage additional support and awareness for their efforts.

Through this program, we've been able to contribute more than $160,000 to the organizations that make our communities a better place for all of us.

School of the Month

The brightest futures come from schools with community support, so we're proud to be part of that foundation.

Our School of the Month program connects our branches to the schools in the counties we serve. Each month, one of Radiant's branches gets to select any eligible public or charter school within our region to receive $1,000 for their general purposes.

It's one of our favorite ways to give back. So if your school is nominated, we're excited to connect with you and help make your school shine even brighter.

Rays of Hope

Established in 2021 to provide charitable assistance toward the development, education, and well-being of young people in the communities we serve, the Rays of Hope Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization serving communities in and around North Central Florida.

Corporate Giving Guidelines

All of Radiant Credit Union's charitable contributions will align with our CSR strategy of Community Oriented, Future Focused.

  • Community Oriented – Serving our communities through programs and local partnerships that support financial education and security, resource management, and humanitarian outreach.
  • Future Focused – Investing in programs and organizations that focus on accessible financial, educational, and successful futures for all, no matter what stage of life they are in. 

Our Approach to Community Partnerships 

All sponsorships are considered first and foremost on their alignment with our overall strategy and mission. We give priority consideration to sponsorships brought to us by the members of our Radiant workforce, who live and work in the areas we serve. Leveraging their knowledge and expertise lets us connect with an organization and find opportunities to get involved and volunteer. Finally, we evaluate the impact on our community, to ensure every dollar is doing the maximum amount of good possible.
