Get started using Radiant's eBanking and Mobile App
Are you ready to get started with Radiant's eBanking and Mobile App? Great news, it's super easy to get things rolling!
If you're new to Radiant or have never had access to eBanking or the mobile app before, just start below with the New Member Self Registration instructions.
Everyone else can just login with their primary member info or contact us for assistance.

To enroll in Radiant’s eBanking, begin by visiting radiantcu.org and selecting Register a New Account, then choose Register to My Individual Account. Review and accept the required disclosures. Because the registration process requires your device to open PDF files, select Open PDF and note the five-digit access code displayed in the document. Enter that code and click Continue.
Next, verify your identity by entering the requested information, including your Social Security number, date of birth, ZIP code, last name, and either your account number or the card number associated with your account. Click Continue to proceed.
For added security, complete the required two-factor authentication by choosing to receive your verification code via text message or voice call. Enter the verification code when prompted and click Continue.
Create your username by selecting Create Username, then create a strong password and confirm it by entering it a second time. Click Create Password, then review your contact information and confirm that it is correct. Once complete, your eBanking account has been successfully set up.
To enroll in eStatements, hover over the Accounts tab and select eStatements. Click Subscribe, review the subscription disclosures, and check the I Agree box. As with the registration process, you’ll need to open a PDF and enter the five-digit access code displayed within it. After entering the code, click Subscribe to complete your enrollment.
Congratulations! You are now enrolled in both Radiant eBanking and eStatements.
- Joint members will need to login with an account in which they are the primary member on. If they are not primary on any Radiant account they will need to call (352) 381-5200 and be set up to use eBanking.
eStatements - You may locate your eStatements under the accounts tab.
Account Number - To locate your account number, select the account that you would like the account number for. Once that account (share) has been selected, click the Account Details tab to show your account number.
