Welcome to Radiant Credit Union
We’re excited to welcome First Coast Community Credit Union members to the Radiant Credit Union family. As part of bringing our systems together, your accounts transitioned to Radiant Credit Union on June 1, 2026.
This page is your go-to resource to understand what changes were made and how you can update your account details as needed.
High Priority Items as of June 1, 2026
For our new members from First Coast Community Credit Union, here are the account-related items you can update as of June 1, 2026.
Debit Card Activation
You should have already received your new Radiant Debit Card, and with it now in your possession, you can activate your card by calling (866) 209-7190.
Access and Set Up eBanking
Now that you’re able to use Radiant’s eBanking, you can go to the Radiant homepage, click Login, then click Register to enter your account information. Click here to see our eBanking videos to understand the platform and registration.
Update Your Payments
Online Loan Payment Portal payments, online banking payments and transfers as well as FirstPay bill payments did not carry over with the conversion. You will need to set up these payments again within Radiant eBanking after you register.
Update Your Account and Routing Number
It is recommended that after June 1, when you can do so, that you update your direct deposit and other payment information with your employer and/or any service providers with the Radiant routing number (263178452) and new 13-digit MICR account number to ensure continued accuracy.
Verify Direct Deposits
Every effort was made to ensure payroll deposits and payroll distributions were converted properly. While there was no action required on your part for this transition, we recommend that you verify your payroll deposit and/or payroll distribution to ensure all is working correctly.
Enroll in eStatements
We encourage you to enroll in Radiant eStatements to ensure faster delivery of your monthly account statements. For details on registering for eStatements, you can view this helpful video.

Account Changes
- Radiant issued new account numbers for all First Coast members.
- New account numbers arrived in the mail in mid-May.
- After June 1, please update your direct deposit and other payment information with your employer or service providers.

Debit & ATM Cards

New Radiant debit cards arrived in late May in anticipation of June 1st activation.

First Coast cards stopped working on June 1.

Online & Mobile Banking

First Coast online banking and mobile app access ended as of May 29.
- Radiant eBanking is now available.
- You will need to enroll as a new user (Register here.)

Bill Pay

First Coast Bill Pay (FirstPAY) payees did not transfer.

You will need to re-enter payees in Radiant eBanking after June 1.

Loan Payments

On June 1st, Radiant QuickPay became available for your use.

Printed statements will continue as usual.

Up to 24 months of eStatements will be available in Radiant’s eBanking system.

Checking Accounts
- All First Coast checking accounts became Radiant non-interest-earning checking accounts.
- To get an interest earning checking account with Radiant, contact us after June 1.
Your Old First Coast Account Number
Direct deposits: Any direct deposits you have already set up (such as your paycheck) will continue to process normally. No action is needed on your part.
After June 1, we recommend that you update your direct deposit information with your new Radiant account details, so your payors (e.g. your employer) have the most up to date information for sending your deposits.
External transfers: If you had set up an external transfer or Bill Pay service through another financial institution’s online banking system to send money to your FCCCU account, this will continue without interruption.
Your New Radiant Account Number
For transactions that will be newly established after June 1, 2026, such as:

- New Automatic Payments
- New Wire Transfers
- New Check Orders
You must use these numbers:

The transition takes place between May 23 and June 1, 2026, with full access to Radiant services beginning June 1.

Yes. You can continue using your debit or ATM card until June 1, and branches will be available to assist you during the transition period.
