1. As low as 5.99% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for a 30-year fixed-rate, first-lien mortgage loan, 80% loan-to-value. Available to qualified borrowers with a minimum 720 credit score for a primary residence. Applications must be received October 1 through November 25, 2026, and close within 90 days of application receipt. Subject to credit approval, collateral, and underwriting requirements. The advertised rate and promotional terms are not guaranteed until the loan is rate-locked in accordance with Radiant Credit Union’s rate-lock procedures. Eligible transactions include purchase loans (1st Lien), one-time-close construction-to-permanent loans (1st Lien), and refinances of mortgage loans (1st Lien) not currently held by Radiant Credit Union. For qualifying One-Time Close construction-to-permanent loans, Radiant Credit Union will waive its 1.00% origination fee. Other closing costs, prepaid items, escrow deposits, and third-party fees may apply. Interest rate buydown programs are unavailable with this offer. Payment example: A $300,000.00 mortgage purchase loan for 30 years at a rate of 5.90% results in a 5.99% APR and an estimated monthly principal and interest payment of $1,779.41. Payment does not include amounts for taxes and insurance premiums, if applicable, actual payment obligation will be greater. Escrow may be required, if applicable. Membership eligibility required.
