Lake City Branch Update

We are ready to move to your new branch! Our new Lake City branch (right next door to the current branch location) is in the final stage of completion. We will be making the move over to the new branch at the end of this week. Here are the move-over details:

  • Thursday, April 18, the current Lake City Branch and ATM will permanently close with the Lobby closing at 5:00pm, and the Drive-thru and ATM closing at 5:30pm.
  • Monday, April 22, the new Lake City Branch Lobby will open at 9:00am, with the Drive-thru opening at 8:30am.

This means that branch and ATM services at either branch will not be available to you on Friday, April 19, thru Sunday, April 21. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you.

Please remember that our eBanking and Mobile Banking will remain available to you, and ATMs located at Publix are free to use.

Spear phishing attempts are targeting Radiant Credit Union members via text messages detailing a fraudulent charge to a Visa card or other account. The recipient is being prompted to click on a non-Radiant URL to cancel the charge. This non-Radiant URL is taking the member to a spoofed (imitation) eBanking login page to enter their eBanking login credentials.
    • Please be aware of the URL and link you are visiting or selecting. Do not click/select non-Radiant URLs.
    • If you are unsure if a charge is fraudulent, please contact Radiant Credit Union directly.

If you have already received this targeted text message and have clicked on the links, please contact Radiant Credit Union at (352) 381-5200 or stop by one of our branch locations, and we will promptly put you in touch with our Fraud Specialist to help resolve your situation.
